Better Choices,® Better Health (BCBH) is proven to work across a range of conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, and depression. The Better Choices, Better Health program is CDC recognized as a promising evidence base program as well as American Diabetes Association (ADA) approved as a diabetes support program.

Building Better Caregivers® (BBC) is a peer support program for Caregivers caring for adults with a cognitive impairment such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, or other serious injury or disease. BBC is recognized by the National Family Caregiver Alliance as a best practice program.

Work that began over a decade and a half ago across several companies and research from best in class behavioral health scientists at  Stanford University forms the basis for Canary Peers services and approaches. Canary has been delighting and engaging users in digital peer support programs for almost a decade.

More than 10,000 participants have improved their lives using Better Choices Better Health or Building Better Caregivers.
