DC Health Provides BCBH Without Cost to District Residents

DC Health is covering the costs for our Better Choices, Better Health®(BCBH) program for hundreds of district residents. They are making the program available without cost to a limited number of Washington, DC residents. Interested participants can register here:

This 6-week online program to support people living with long-term health conditions is completely free for DC residents. Participants join 25-30 other people just like them in learning new ways to better manage health and build self-efficacy. Better Choices, Better Health was proven effective in a year-long study at Anthem to:
- Reduce pain, depression, and anxiety
- Lower A1C and blood pressure
- Improve health and quality of life
